BRUSCETTA ON TURKISH BREAD

 

Ingredients:

2 Ripe Roma Tomatos - Diced

1 Avocado - Sliced

1/2 red onion - diced

3 tbsp olive oil

5 leaves of basil

salt to taste

Toasted Turkish bread



Directions:

In a bowl add your diced tomatos, onion, oil, basil & salt. Mix all together.

Place on top of toasted turkish bread then add your sliced avocado on top and enjoy..

BREADCRUMB MIX

 

Ingredients

1/2 Kg home-made breadcrumbs or bought

3 Cloves of fresh minced garlic

Handful of Chopped fresh parsley

1/2 cup grated parmesan or pecorino cheese

Salt & Pepper

 

Directions

Mix all together..

 

Breadcrumb mix can be kept in the freezer for continous use..

 

Breadcrumb mix is used for

Chicken or beef Snitzel and

Meatballs

 

DELICIOUS BANANA SMOOTHIE

 

Ingredients:

2 cups of Full Cream milk
1 Cup Vanilla Ice-Cream
2 Tblsp Honey
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
1-2 Banana



Directions:

Put all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

Ingredients:

1 Litre Water

2 Lemons

Small clove of Fresh Ginger

Big handful of Mint

1 Sliced Cucumber

8 Ice-cubes

 

Cut lemons into quarters, skin and slice ginger. slice cucumbers. Throw all ingredients into a water jug place in fridge for 4 hours. 

Drink all day and night. stays good for 72 hours, then will need to throw out and start the process again.

Very Healthy Drink!

 

MACARONI CHEESE

 

Ingredients

1 Kg Penne or spiral Pasta

3 cups of Tasty Shredded Cheese

1 cup of Cheddar Cheese

600ml Cream

1/2 Cup Milk

Chopped fresh Parsley

Handful of Parmesan Cheese

Salt to taste

 

Directions

Boil Pasta - once cooked, add it to a oven dish..

Add all ingredients to dish, stir cream in last, sprinkle top with parmesan cheese then garnish with parsley.

Place in oven for 30 min or until golden brown and crunchy on top.

 

SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE

 

Ingredients:

I/2 Kg Pork Mince

1/2 Kg Veal Mince

2 tbsp olive oil

1/4 cup of Water

2 cloves of Garlic, chopped

2 tbls Tomato Paste

1 Diced Carrot

1 Diced Zucchini

3 Cans Of Diced Tomatos

1 tsp chopped Orgeano

Salt and pepper to taste



Directions:

In a large pan, warm the olive oil over medium heat.

Add garlic, carrot and zucchini and stir until slightly brown and fragrant.

Add tomato paste let it simmer for 2 minutes then add water and simmer for a further 2 minutes. Add orgeano.

Add mince, once all cooked, add tomatoes and continue to cook.

Season with salt & Pepper.

Let it cook for a good 1.5 - 2 hours..

 

When almost ready, boil your water and add your spaghetti with a little salt.. Drain Spaghetti add a little Bolognese sauce to spaghetti..

Serve in plate then add more Bolognese Sauce on top..
